Terms & Conditions
- The customer has the right to cancel the booking request at any time before completing the payment process based on the agreed cancellation policy.
- The customer has the right to amend the tourist program before traveling according to the amendment or cancellation policy.
- Prices do not include any other services other than mentioned in the booking invoice
- Prices do not include any additional or personal services such as (early check-in or late check-out at hotels
- The offer is not required in any of the cases such as (seats and rooms are full, the offer date expires
- Rates and room availability are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is confirmed
- Multi-transfer or hourly rate charges apply when stopping outside of the selected itinerary or itinerary.
- The passport must be valid during the travel period (the passport is not valid for less than six months from the date of departure from the country).
- It is the customer's personal responsibility to obtain international medical insurance, and the company can provide medical insurance to the customer as an added service.
- Jamal Hamza Trips is not responsible for any modification or cancellation made to the travel trip due to the customer's failure to complete the required procedures or other reasons specific to the customer.
- All information mentioned such as room type or number of individuals and children, arrival and departure date is the responsibility of the customer and any additional costs as a result of changing any such information is borne by the customer without any liability to the company.
For group tours:
- You must be committed to attending the place and the exact date of the gathering, as the company is not responsible for any delay as the group will move on time.
- It is the customer's responsibility to report the problem as it occurs and to inform the employee directly, noting that the company is not obligated to compensate for a problem that has not been proven.
- It is the customer's responsibility when complaining to provide and clarify the full details of the problem.
- The customer is entitled to receive compensation as a result of a proven poor service provided by the Hamza Camel Tours Establishment. - Jamal Hamza Tours Establishment is not responsible for compensating a personal or political problem that occurred to the customer that is not related to what the Foundation offers.
- All offers and monthly installment prices shown in the advertisements of Jamal Hamza Tours Foundation do not include the financing fees at the finance companies, if any, and it is the customer's responsibility to check the terms and conditions at Emkan Finance Company or all financing entities that are dealt with periodically.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- The customer has the right to a 100% refund of the value of the trip if he cancels it 15 days before the trip. He is entitled to a 50% refund of the value of the trip if he cancels it 10 days before the trip. He is not entitled to a refund if he cancels it 9 days before the trip.
- The cancellation policy will be clarified by the staff of Jamal Hamza Trips prior to booking.
- Cancellation or change fees apply according to the cancellation policy sent by the employee of Jamal Hamza Travel Establishment to the customer
- Confirmed Reservation Cancellation Services are subject to cancellation fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service booked by the Service Provider.
Visa & Visas
- When applying for a tourist visa to Saudi Arabia and being rejected by the Saudi Embassy, Jamal Hamza Tours is not responsible for that rejection and its consequences.
- Camel Hamza Tours is not responsible for any new decisions made by Saudi embassies.
Flight
Jamal Hamza Travel is not responsible for travel cancellation problems, flight tickets or baggage limitation by airlines.
